Remote Management
This module provides an interface for remote setup of meeting and training spaces for convenience and energy savings. The interface allows users to set up rooms remotely before meetings and shut them down remotely afterwards. Features include:
- Remote presets for lighting, shades, and AV equipment
- One-touch turn-up and shut-down of rooms and equipment for energy savings
- Energy-saving settings for unused meeting spaces
- Remote viewing of room status
Content Management
This module allows IT staff to customize the user interface via a client-facing content management tool that permits updates to items such as text and images. The tool allows for easy updates which enable users to experience new and customized content, including:
- Images and Icons
- On-screen Text
